SEQUIANT provides consulting, marketing systems, automation implementation, product development, analytics, and related digital services as described in a proposal, agreement, statement of work, or scope document.

Fees, billing schedules, taxes, and payment timelines are defined in the applicable proposal or agreement. Late payments may delay deliverables or service continuity.

While we build systems intended to improve conversion, efficiency, or growth outcomes, specific revenue or performance results cannot be guaranteed unless explicitly stated in a signed performance-based agreement.

Clients are responsible for providing timely access to platforms, assets, decision-makers, and approvals necessary for the work to move forward.

Project delays caused by incomplete access, feedback, or dependencies outside our control may affect delivery timelines.

Ownership of final deliverables is governed by the commercial agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, SEQUIANT retains ownership of pre-existing materials, frameworks, methodologies, and internal tools.

Both parties agree to keep non-public commercial, technical, and operational information confidential unless disclosure is required by law or explicitly permitted in writing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEQUIANT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or services.

Either party may terminate an engagement according to the terms of the signed agreement. Outstanding fees for work already performed remain payable.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to SEQUIANT's place of incorporation and operation, unless a separate signed agreement states otherwise.
