A referral partnership is an arrangement where you introduce a business to SEQUIANT and we pitch, close and deliver the work. You earn 10% to 15% of net fees collected on services for 12 months, and 20% recurring on software.

How does a referral partnership work?

Register the lead
Submit the prospect's name, company, contact details and requirement through the partner form.

We accept and protect it
We confirm the registration. Accepted leads are protected for 90 days.

We pitch, close and deliver
SEQUIANT contracts directly with the client and delivers the work.

You get paid
Commission is paid within 30 days of each client payment, in the monthly cycle, for 12 months.

- Minimum payout ₹5,000; smaller amounts roll over
How much do partners earn?
Commission is paid on fees actually collected, within 30 days of the client's payment.

White-label and delivery partners do not earn a commission. They buy at the partner rate and set their own price to the client.

How much commission does SEQUIANT pay referral partners?
Referral partners earn 10% of net fees collected on services for 12 months, rising to 12% at Gold and 15% at Platinum. Software referrals earn 20% recurring for 12 months.
How does deal registration work?
You submit the prospect's details through the partner form. If we accept it, the lead is protected for 90 days. Leads already in SEQUIANT's pipeline are not eligible.
How long do partners earn commission?
Commission is paid for 12 months from the client's first payment, as long as the client keeps paying and the agreement is active for that deal.
